The ENCORE project reached its first major milestone with a successful online kickoff meeting on 11 December 2025. Project partners convened to review the project’s progress, align on objectives, and plan the activities for Year 1.
Key Outcomes
- Partners discussed and validated the functioning of the project’s two advisory bodies: the High-Level Advisory Board (HLAB) and the Law Enforcement Agencies Advisory Group (LEAAG).
- Following a comprehensive mapping of relevant stakeholders, potential members for both bodies were identified.
- An initial stakeholder engagement plan was approved, setting a clear roadmap for collaboration and input from key actors in the field.
This meeting marked a crucial step in ensuring that all partners’ efforts are aligned and that ENCORE’s research, capacity-building, and intelligence activities are informed by expert guidance and operational insights from the outset.
